This policy covers craftorytool.com and every app on a craftorytool.com subdomain, such as cartify.craftorytool.com. “Craftory”, “we” and “us” mean the operator of these sites.

What we collect

What you type into an app. Some apps send your input to our server to do their job. For example, Cartify fetches the recipe page you paste in and extracts the ingredients. We use this input only to produce your result and do not keep it after the request is complete, except in short-lived server logs used to fix errors and stop abuse.

Technical data. Our hosting providers record standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security, rate limiting and fixing faults.

Email. If you write to us, we keep your message and address to reply.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.

Cookies and advertising

Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalised ads in Google’s Ads Settings, and learn more on how Google uses data from partner sites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.

Some apps link to online stores through affiliate programs, including Amazon Associates. When you click one, the store may set its own cookies so it can credit the sale to us. The store’s own privacy policy applies once you are on its site.

  • Text processing for some apps: OpenRouter, which forwards the text to an AI model provider

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can ask us what data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to hello@craftorytool.com.

Children

The apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too.
